The Baseline Inspection and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Analysis Workshop for SP Bambu Besar was successfully conducted on 16–17 July 2026, with the participation of representatives from PEP Regional 2, PEP Zona 7, PEP Field Subang, and PT Tri Mulya Gemilang. The workshop served as a collaborative forum to review, discuss, and validate the results of the baseline inspection and the RBI analysis for SP Bambu Besar.
Throughout the two-day workshop, participants reviewed the RBI methodology, verified asset data, discussed corrosion circuit and inventory group determination, evaluated the Probability of Failure (PoF) and Consequence of Failure (CoF) analyses, and assessed the resulting risk rankings and inspection planning. The workshop also covered recommendations for inspection intervals, inspection methods, and mitigation actions to support the long-term integrity and reliability of the facilities.
The discussions were conducted constructively and provided valuable technical input, enabling alignment among all stakeholders on the RBI assessment results and the proposed recommendations. The workshop concluded with agreed action items and documented outcomes, which will serve as the basis for the finalization of the RBI study and future asset integrity management activities at SP Bambu Besar.
It is expected that the outcomes and feedback obtained during the workshop will provide valuable input for Pertamina in enhancing its Risk-Based Inspection implementation, strengthening asset integrity management practices, and optimizing inspection planning in support of safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The workshop outcomes are further expected to contribute to informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of asset reliability across Pertamina’s facilities.
